Assumption of Risk and Indemnification
The participant acknowledges that participation in the Trinidad & Tobago National Taekwon-Do Championship 2024 involves physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. By participating, the participant expressly assumes all risks associated with their attendance and participation, including potential injury or damage. The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Trinidad & Tobago Taekwon-Do Federation, along with its directors, coordinators, staff, officials, sponsors, and all other associated personnel, from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages that may arise out of or in connection with their participation, whether such claims arise in tort, contract, or otherwise.
Waiver of Claims
The participant voluntarily waives any right to seek compensation from the above-mentioned parties for any accidental or negligent damages that may occur as a result of their participation in the event.
Media Release
In consideration for being allowed to participate in the Trinidad & Tobago National Taekwon-Do Championship 2024, the participant grants the Trinidad & Tobago Taekwon-Do Federation unrestricted rights to record, edit, and use their performance and likeness in any manner, including but not limited to distribution via social media or other channels. The participant further waives any rights to seek compensation for the use of their likeness, voice, or performance in connection with this event.
Refund Policy
The participant acknowledges that entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to missed divisions for any reason.
